First of all I would like to thank everyone who has helped in this campaign, it has been an very exciting time. The race is a four way race and I still need your help to accomplish the task.. The end is near, please help one last time by contacting you friends who live in Crystal River, in a four way race I need every vote.

I have been a resident of Citrus County and a business owner (Military Outlet, Inc.) in the downtown section of Crystal River for 19 years. During this time our C.R.A. has been rebuilding the inter city and I have been there every step of the way.

One of the major projects that the council undertook was to rewrite the Land Development Code, so we can limit the type of growth that some developers would like to do in our city. The vision that we have for the city is to keep it as a livable community, void of overbuilding.

I have been very much involved in the rebuilding of Copeland Park and the development of Kings Bay Park. Through the years, we have made the city a more attractive place to live, and have enhanced the quality of life.

The council had just recently commissioned the C.R.A. to develop a Charette, (master plan) that will set the direction of our city for the future. We have taken the first steps to limit the type of fertilizer that is polluting our bay and to remove pollutants from runoff, also we have teamed up with all agencies involved to get a handle on derelict boats and live a-boards. Environmental protection and conservation are of the utmost importance.

The budget for Crystal River is in a line item format, I look at ever line item to see if is needed in the current budget or if we can go without. There is little if any waste.

Through my proven leadership, I believe that I can keep the city moving in a positive direction. Again, I ask you for your vote in this very important election for the future of our city.
